Dr. Norman-Scott is in-network with Aetna and the State Health Plan. In addition, many insurance companies will cover Dr. Norman-Scott’s services as an “out-of-network” provider.

Private Pay Fee Schedule

Initial Appointments: $230
Individual Therapy 60 minutes: $215
45 minutes: $165
Neuropsychological Evaluations: $1000-$3000
Materials fee for testing: $55

Services that Incur Private Pay Fees (not insurance reimbursable)

Legal Proceedings per hour: $300
Communications (email, phone) 15 minutes: $55
Form preparation 15 minutes: $55
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): $75
No show/missed appointment without notification: $150

Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including therapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including therapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
